Supply & Installation of Rolling ShuttersTechnical Specifications:Size: Clear Opening - 15.8 ft (W) × 16.6 ft (H)• Shutter Curtain: GI Sheet, thickness 0.9 mm, with curve design profile• Finish: Zinc-coated, corrosion-resistant, primer-painted, suitable for external useAccessories / Components:• Super Bottom and Heavy-duty bottom rail for added strength and stability.• U-Guide (4 inch): MS/GI side guides with minimum 4\" width for smooth vertical movement and wind resistance.• Top Cover: Protective hood/cover for the shaft and rolling mechanism.• Hollow Pipe: Heavy-duty hollow shaft/pipe for rolling operation.Fabrication & Installation:• All Fabrication as per IS standards for rolling shutters.• Welding, grinding, and finishing shall be smooth and uniform.• Proper alignment during installation for smooth and noiseless operation.Painting / Finish:• All MS/GI supporting members shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint (shade as approved).• GI shutter curtain to retain natural galvanized finish or painted as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

(wireless, pre-programmed for shutter operation)• Controller: 1 Nos. (control box with up/down/stop with remote integration system)• Bracket: 1 Nos. (for mounting and balancing the motor with the shaft/pipe)• ON/OFF Switch: 1 Nos. (manual switch for local operation in addition for remote control)Features:• Smooth and noiseless operation.• Provision for manual override/chain system for power failure.• Long life and low maintenance design.• Safety locking arrangement to prevent free fall of shutter in case of malfunction.Installation & Commissioning:• Proper alignment and mounting with existing/new shaft assembly.• Testing of motor operations with shutter movement (up/down/stop).• Demonstration of remote and manual operation.
