Complete visual inspection of motor, Complete removal of defective Magnetic Wedges. Cleaning the stator cores and rotor. Cooling tubes on the motor body. Refitting of all the dismantled components. Checking dismantling of the Motor Stator and Separation of Components. Inspection of the Stator and record IR, Resistance, magger value of the motor. De-carbonization of stator coils. Thoroughly by using thinner. Overhauling of Stator & Rotor which includes Cleaning, heating, varnishing and epoxy gel coating etc. as per standard procedure with Dr. Beck’s class “F” insulation and epoxy gel coating etc. Refitting of all the dismantled components. Checking of cracked insulation and repairs for the same. Testing of the stator & Rotor. Removal of Slip-rings from rotor shaft by de-brazing of the connections. Dynamic balancing of the rotor after completion of the work. Connecting the slipring connection by Re-brazing the rotor end connection to the slipring with high conductivity silver alloy. The slipring unit of the rotor shall be polished as per requirement. Defective cooling fan to be replaced of same material, sizes and weight. Testing of the complete motor.

Transportation of completemotor from CCIworkshop to your workshop and after completion of job, loading/unloading/shifting/installation by hydra at our site etc.
