Name of Work: Providing assistance for upkeepment of office premises of Superintending Engineer, K.P.Dock at 51,C.G.R road, Site Offices and other miscellaneous site related works as and when required and as directed for Two year from the date of placement of work order.

Providing assistance (one no. unskilled labour to be engaged working for 9hrs with 1hr. recess) for upkeepment of office premises and worksites as and when required and as directed.

Providing consumables materials of approved quality like Phenyl, Bleaching Powder, Carbolic Acid, Stain removing chemical, muriatic acid, detergent powder, air frehner(Godrej, Odonil or equivalent), toilet/bathroom cleaners(Harpic or equivalent), Napthalene Balls, urinal screen etc., tools and tackles like dusters,brush, mops, brooms, pans, shovels,buckets, ladders,wipes, etc. to be used as directed by the EIC.[Payment will be made on the basis of total of GST bills per month of consumables, materials, tools, and tackels duly certified by the concerned Engineer\"s Representative, up to the maximum amount as per sanctioned BOQ]

Cost of providing dress/ Uniform for office upkeepment staff @ 2 sets per head per year including fitting and making charges. The rate is inclusive of all incidental charges

Reimbursement towards ESI Contribution payable on account of the employer. [This rate is tentative based on present ESI contribution rate of 3.25% on account of Employer upto a Monthly Wageceiling of Rs 21000, payment shall be made on per month basis as per actual amount paid through the challan for the labourers deployed in the contract only, excluding penalty, late payment interest and fees payable, if any.]

Reimbursement towards EPF Contribution payable on account of the employer. [ This rate is tentative based on present EPF contribution rate of 13% on account of Employer upto a Monthly Wageceiling of Rs 15000, payment shall be made on per month basis as per actual amount paid through the challan for the labourers deployed in the contract only, excluding penalty, late payment interest and fees payable, if any.]
