Steel gradeb.Renewals/repairs to all equipmentc) No wastage/bending alowance will be given on Steel renewals.9) Steel renewals are to be clearly mentioned in Workdone Certitificate (i.e. Size of the plate renewal (Length, width & thickness), Number of plates renewed and Location of renewal etc. Accordingly, Master/CEO & Attending Supdt. Certification to be obtained. Lumpsum quatities (for example:. 500 kgs or 2 tons renewed, as lumpsum not allowed) will not be considered and such claims will not be accepted. Hence, proper care may be taken while preparing workdone certificates. 10) Minimum of 10 kgs / Location will be considered. For minimum allowance also the size of the plate, number of plates and location where renewed to be specified clearly in the Workdone certificates, failing which such claims will not be considered. 11) For pit build up of size upto 50x50 mm will only be considered as pits. And size beyond 50x50 mm will be treated as weld building. Accordingly, weld build up rate/kg will be considered for settlement of claims. |
