| 1 | Taking down and refixing storage type water heater from wall by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection from main and repairing the water heater storage type capacity 25/35/50 ltrs of any type and make, checking the serviceablity of all parts such as inner vesser, rubber gasket, non return valve, heating element, thermostat etc and refixing the same after replacing of unserviceable parts and assembly completet (considered as one unit) and installing and testing the same as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Supply only for parts against unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relavent items given below) |

| 4 | S&F for replacement of LED indicator lamp of colour Red & Green dully connected with suitable size copper wire.as per make and modle at site, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chare. |
| 5 | S&F for replacement of pressure relief check safety valve made from high-grade stainless steel with a chrome finish, rust resistance, and superior strength.As per make and modle at site, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chare. |
| 6 | S&F for replacement of Inlet/Outlet stainless steel flexible pipe with rubber washer connection pipe 24 inclh long suitable for Hot & Cold water. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chare. |

| 9 | M & L for rewiring of geyser of any capacity with FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper wire 1100 volts grade by suitable size all as per specified and directed. |
| 10 | S&F for replacement PVC insulated multistranded Three core copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm 1100 Volts grade conforming IS 694 & color code. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 11 | S & F for replacement of inner water storage tank for geyser made out of 1.8mm thick stainless steelof capacity 25 ltrs as per make and model at site, all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |

| 15 | Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc all as directed. |
| 16 | M & L for concealed point wiring complete with multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) 4 Sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade, conforming IS 694 & color code in conduit system of wiring, drawn in includingPVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia concealed duly fixed with U-Clips, including cutting chases, finising of slote by means of cement mortormakinggood to the existing surface of the wall & touching with the existing colour of wall with three coats and making good disturbed surface complete, sunk in pressed steel terminal boxes of required size not less than 1.2 mm thick factory made and factory painted with top cover 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed with brass screw and washer with all accessories including single core multistranded copper conductor 4 sqmm size solid PVC insulated unsheathed cable (FRLS) as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same conduit complete all as specified. |
