| 4 | Injection Grouting of Ultra-Low Viscosity PU grout: Pressure grouting by two component Ultra-Low Viscosity PU grout having a viscosity less than 100 mPa.sec and hardens in both dry and wet conditions to form an elastic and flexible gel-like material, through pre-fixed nozzles/packers as per manufacturer\"s guidelines using a special two-comparment grouting pump, under pressure ( 2-3Kg/Sqcm) as per Technical specifications. Remove the nazzles/packers next day by cutting and seal it with non-shrink epoxy putty to the concrete surface level.The PU grout shall have the following Technical specification. Material- Two component PU grout of low viscosity Viscosity-<100 mPa.sec. Density-1.05 gm/cm3 Mixing ratio-1:1 parts by volume Application temperature->5oCPot life-30 minutes. The rate shall include cost of all required material, machinery, tool,tackles , all consumables and labour wages etc ., Complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at all heights / lifts and at all locations. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing of expansion joints with joint sealing systems with necessary backer rod,sealants, tapes, capping’s, gaskets, etc., complete as per approved details.Application sequence shall be : cleananing the EJ 25mm width and remove any loose material, fixing EPE backer road of 1.5 - 2x the size of EJ to form a firm backing,Applying gungrade polysulphide sealent about the edges and top of backer rod, Applying polymer sealent on both faces and fix the expansive profile (sikaswell A or equivalent) Ensuring that the expansive profile is firm fixed on sides and gap shall be left for longitudinal expansion. Fixing TPE tape of appropriate size as per methodology and adhesive laid down by OEM. specification as : Tape shall have properties of Tensile strength of >10 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, elongation at failure above 400 % as per ASTM D 412, Tear strength of 25 KN/m as per ,ASTM D 624 , Shore A Hardness of 65 as per ASTM D 2240, Service temperature of range from -20°C to +80°C as perASTM D 903, Adhesion by Epoxy- ToughX Adhesive @ 24 Hrs is 16.7 & (A/F), Alkali Resistant ≤ ±20% as per ASTM E 96 , Vapour Diffusion Strength Co-efficient App. 30000 ± 30% μ, etc., complete as per the consultant approved drawings. |

| 8 | Providing & Applyingtwo coats ofcementitious, ready-mixed surface waterproofer at the thickness of 3 mm at the comsumtion of 6 kg/sqm. Typical application includes surface preparation byremoving loose concrete, foreign material, cleaning the concrete surface etc, followed by the application of first coat ofready-mixed surface waterprooferat thickness of 1-1.5 mm, the secomd coat shall be applied when the first coat is still damp.The Waterproofing mortar shall be applied by Brush, Trowel or Spary application. | 9 | Providing fixing double scaffolding system ( cuplock type ) on the interior side , up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5 m C/C, horizontal and verticle tube joining with cuplock system with M.S tube , M.S tube Challies,M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaing serviceable condition for required duration as provided and removing there after. the scaffolding system will be stiffened with bracing, runners,connection with the building etc where ever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety featuers for workman etc. complete as per directions and approval of Enggineer-in-charge. the elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. Note : The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding |
