| 1 | Providing consultancy service for preparation of structural drawing using structural design software based on the soil investigation report provided by AAI, Preparation of architectural and services drawing using BIM software based 3 D modelling, Architectural and structural design and preparation of detailed structural drawingfor proposed Deck/Mezzanine floor, composite structure (Steel & RCC) and associated structures / Facilities (Washroom, F&B outlets, Baby care room, Electrical, Airport Systems and IT service based on data supplied by respective departments etc) inside Arrival Building at Coimbatore International Airport as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(i)Preparation and submission of Structiral Design Drawing based on the soil investigation report provided by AAI, Architectural drawing BIM software based 3 D modelling , including structural design, designing of electrical and mechanical systems and preparation of drawings , The BIM software based drawing should include ,Internal partitions, flooring ,false ceiling, lighting, air conditioning, cable ducts, cable trays, data cables ,water supply, Power supply ,sewage, drainage, cabling, hydrant based fire fighting system, gas based fire suppression system and any other services etc for proposed Deck/Mezzanine floor, composite structure (Steel & RCC) and associated structures / Facilities (Washroom, F&B outlets, Baby care room etc), meeting the requirements of civil , electrical and CNS/IT/Airport Systems list of works issued by CNS/IT/Airport System directorate .(ii)Preparation and submission of structural design and drawing for proposed Deck/Mezzanine floor, composite structure (Steel & RCC) and associated structures / Facilities (Washroom, F&B outlets, Baby care room etc),The detailed structural design and structural drawings etc. should be submitted in soft copy as well as three sets in hard copy etc.after obtaining vetting of the reports and design from reputed government Engineering institutes like, IIT, NIT or government Engineering college complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.(iii)The BIM based services drawing prepared based on the inputs from Civil, Electrical, CNS, IT and Airport Systems, for which separate agencies are deployed by respective departments should be prepared and submitted as a soft copy as well as six sets in hard copy.(iv)Revision of BIM based services drawing should be done if necessitated during the progress of the work.(v)As built drwing should be prepared and submitted after completion of all sub packageslike Electrical, Airport Systems, CNS etc. execuited by other departments.(Note: - Please read the technical specifications of the item before quoting). |
