Operation of VRV/VRF system and Maintenance of Split, window AC and Water Cooler etc. as per additional condition attached. Details of installations are given in Annexure \" B \" & schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given is Annexure \" C& D \" Operation shall be done by deploying 1 No. Operator (Grade-I) in each shift (for total two shifts)

Comprehensive Maintenance of VRV Air Conditioning system including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance etc. as per additional condition attached. Details of installations are given in Annexure ‘A’ & schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given is Annexure ‘C’.

Supplying and charging of R-22/R-410 Gas in the AC units including Pdg& fixing necessary copper piping, capillary tube including pressure testing, leak detecting and commissioning etc, complete required at site. a) 1.5.0 TR Window/2.0 TR Water Cooler storage capacity 150 Ltr.

Rewinding of fan motor of 2.0 TR Split type AC units and Water Cooler (capacity 150 Ltr) i/c replacement of gun metal bushes, testing, commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and Replacement of (including deduction of cost for replaced item) following hermetically sealed type section cooled Reciprocating/Rotary compressor unit operating on Refrigerant Gas of nominal capacity in the existing2.0 TR Split AC units/Water cooler (capacity 150 Ltr) i/c dismantling the existing compressor making refrigerant and electrical connection, pressure testing vacuuming and charging the refrigerant Gas (to be provided by firm within quoted rates) etc as required.

Supply and replacement of following parts of 4 KVA or existing voltage stabilizer etc connection testing etc. as required.a) Time delay relay

b) Low and high voltage trip with time delay relay.

Repairing of existing PCB of split/window ac i/c cost for removing re-installation and re-commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supply and replacement (i/c deduction of cost for replaced item) of copper piping for refrigerant flow (Liquid &Gas ) between indoor and outdoor unit of split AC complete with suitable insulation, tie rod, hanger etc, complete as required.
