| 1 | Carrying out the comprehensive structural design, approval, inspection coordination, and final certification of the floating platform, including arrangement of Third-Party Inspection (TPI) by M/s. IRS (Indian Register of Shipping). The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:1. Structural Design and Engineering.2. Arrangement of Approval of Design and Drawings by IRS.3. Arrangementof IRS as TPI during Execution.4. Arrangement of Final Inspection and Certification by IRS.The quoted rate shall include all fee/costs associated with design services, TPI coordination, inspection arrangements, documentation, transportation of surveyors , Boarding and Lodging charges during interisland visit, GST @ 18%, and any other taxes or statutory levies. |
| 2 | Fixing frame work with Woodexcluding cost of 1st class Padauk timber/Teak Wood, neatly dressed & fitted with stainless steel 316 grade bolts & nuts, check nuts washers etc including cost of stainless steel bolts, copper nails, fixing in position, minor tools,all labour charges, GST(18%) and LWC(1%) etc. complete.( The 1st class Padauk/Teakwood required for the work will be supplied by the employer and will be issued to the work on free of cost). |
| 3 | Frame work with 10 cms x 10 cms timber battens (padauk/Teak wood) duly joined with evenly cut grooves & fixed with stainless steel bolts. |
| 4 | Top Decking with planks- (1st class Padauk/Teak Wood/Hard wood) (edges beveled) 12\" x 1\" or reduced size secured with copper nails to main frame. |
| 5 | Providing & fixing of 55 gallons /200 liters capacity empty HDPE barrels of height 90 CM & diameter 60 cm, properly sealed, including cost of barrels, all materials, all labour charges,cost of transportation of all materials to work site, GST(18%) and LWC(1%)etc. complete. |
| 6 | Supply and filling and sealing of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene as buoyant core) inside the HDPE barrel. The Specific gravity of EPS is about 18-25kg/sqm and Consumption rate of EPS is 20kg/cum. The rate is including cost of all labour charges, cost of EPS, sealing solvents, transportation charges of all materials to work site, GST(18%) and LWC(1%)etc complete. |
| 7 | Fixing of jeep tyre (used) as fenders, wrapped in canvas, painted with two coats with synthetic enamel paint & fixed in position with suitable stainless steel cleats, clamps, nut & bolts complete. Including cost of fenders, all fixtures of approved quality, all fixing charges, cost of labour charges, all materials, minor tools, GST(18%) and LWC(1%) etc. complete. |
| 8 | Providing and Fixing of stainless steel bollard mooring cleat/horn bollard, Steel anchors, excluding cost of bollards, anchors, but including cost of fixing charges, minor tools GST(18%) and LWC(1%) etc. complete. |
| 9 | Fabrication and fixing of SS hand rails made out of 40mm dia,3.38 mm wall thickness, SS 316 L grade, hollow, round section. Fixing of hand rail with coach screws/SS bolt and nuts. The rate is including cost of all labour charges, cost of all materials, hire charges of welding machines, current charges, minor tools and plants, surface finishing and polishing charges, GST(18%) and LWC (1%) etc complete. |
| 10 | Supply and fixing of safety boat Lifeline net all around the hand rails- 0.90 Meter height. The rate is including cost of all safety nets, labour charges of fixing the net, clamping materials, GST(18%), LWC (1%) etc complete. |
| 11 | Casting & placing of CC concrete (1:2:4) anchors fitted with hooks (25mm dia) at a place as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including hire charges of engine dinghies, all labour charges, GST(18%) and LWC(1%) etc. complete. |
