| 1 | 1) Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. |
| 2 | 1a) Two coats. |
| 3 | 2) Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. |
| 4 | 2a) With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre. |
| 5 | 3) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : |
| 6 | 3a) One or more coats on old work. |
| 7 | 4) Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : |
| 8 | 4a) Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface. |
| 9 | 5) Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. |
| 10 | 6) Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 11 | 6a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). |
| 12 | 7) Making connection of G.I. / CPVC distribution branch with G.I. / CPVC main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : 25 to 40 mm nominal bore. |
| 13 | 8) Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets: |
| 14 | 8a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm). |
| 15 | 9) Removal of vegetation at walls/ roofs and floors/ drainage systems/ water supplying stream of the building/ over head tanks or at any location, pouring acid at the effected places and applying any special chemical to affectedarea to prevent future vegetation growth and finishing the same with cement concrete/ repair plaster to match the surface of walls/ floors/ roofs., etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (any cement concrete/repair plasteringdone shall be paid separately) (Uprooting of vegetation alongwith applying/sprayingrequisitechemicalin each location will be measured as one job). |
| 16 | 10) Repair to steel window/ doorincludingremoving from postion andrefixingafter attending repirslike replacement of hinges / strightening themembersetc as direceted by Engineer in Charge |
