(iii)Contractor shall provide the all type ofT & P to each electricianfor attending the internal electric complaints. (iv)Contractor shall provide the complaint register and complaint slip serially numbered in duplicate as per sample.If complaint received online the contractor should provide A4 size paper and printer for printing complaints. Approved detergent shall be used.(e) Disinfect the tank with FOA/WHO specified chemical and make the tank totally bacteria free.(f) Apply a coat of black bituminous paint on tank man hole covers including surface preparation.(g) Writing of the date of cleaining of the water tank with white letters on black background.(h) Remove the blockage from inlet/outlet/overflow pipes,refill the tank with water and supply water at supply timings ensure satisfactory distribution. |
