Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in arean.exc 400 sq m and exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen VG-30) at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam using with paving bitumen VG-30 of any penetration of consolidated thickness n.exc 75mm with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, laid & rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L applying priming / tack coat with paving bituminous (VG-30) primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm over old black top surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% paving bitumen binder ofVG-30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5 mm thick including reflecting glass beads incl cost of all materials, labour, machinery, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finished surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification No. 803 as per IRC. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like not less than 10 cm wide with roadmarking paint, white or golden yellow all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced)in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness.(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using20 mm graded stone aggregate in cement concrete in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finised drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cementconcrete , using extra cement , including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed
