SCHEDULE OF WORKSArea of applicability of the contract:The term contract area is contained with and bounded by: Refer zone area in the office of AGE B/R IV (Runway) . No work shall be ordered on the contractor outside the limits of the area.Execution of works ordered by various work orders through requisitions placed (IAFW-1833) with limitation of amount as per terms and conditions of IAFW-2249 forming part of contract including errata 1 to 20 and amendments 1 to 49 all as per terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents at the rates contained in the MES standard schedule of ratesPart -II 2020 (Rates) with amendment 1 to 122 including Preambles of standard schedule of rates Part - I (2009) (Specification) including errata 1 to 3for Part -I complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Notes:- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the appropriate cell this BOQ excel sheet.(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or Less (-) to quote thepercentage above or below SSR Part - II 2020 (Rates), if \"0\" % quoted the same shall be treated at par with SSR Part - II 2020 (Rates).(iii) Amount inserted by the MES in respective column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being Term Contract, work orders are priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.(iv) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works/services required to be done under this contract may vary to any extant irrespective of the amount mentioned and worked out subject to quoted percentage rate in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/services as ordered during currancy of the contract atthe rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part II subject to quoted percentage rate mentioned above during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum/scope of work ordered and executed or to be done/work done.
