Bidder has to Quote their total charges/profit (in %) in coloumn J which should not be less than 5% of minimum wages,If the bidder quotes less than 5% of minimum wages under colum-J [Total Charges/Profit (Overheads) in %] for any item, the bid shall be treated as \"Non responsive\" and will be leable for rejection.

EPF, ESI, Leaverage & Bonus shall be rembursed as per actual based on documentary proof.

Minimum wages shall be payable/adjustable as applicable time to time as per Government norms.

GST Extra & Labour cess 1% shall be paid extra if applicable, as per law/rules of Govt. of India.

T&P to execute the subject work shall be provided by the Contractor
