| 4 | Notes : Applicable for item Sch \"A\" Major unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under section -II Srl item No 13 to 25 herein after as supply only in replacement and cost of labour required for replacement ofspares/ accessoriesincluded in the quoted rates of Srl item Nos 02 & 03 herein before . However quoted rates of Srl item Nos 02 & 03 of Sch \"A\" section-I is deemed to include the cost of minor spares/ accessories as mentioned in Srl item Nos 02 & 03 of Sch \"A\" Section -I |
| 5 | TheOEM shall have to replace the unserviceable materials with the OEMmaterials only. Necessary paid vouchers shall be submitted from OEM for the materials like ARD, drive, motors etc. |
| 6 | The OEM shall have to replace the u/s material only.Load testing for lift to be carried out once in a year through authorised Engineer and necessary test report shall be submitted . The entire work mentioned in this sch\"A\" incl comprehensive , preventive and periodical maintenance of lift/elevators shall be executed through OEM ie KONE only. Third party damage due to malfunctioningof lift shall be responsibility of the OEM. |
| 7 | The comprehensive maintenance incl weekly , foutnightly, monthly, quarterly , half yearly, inspection / testing/ preventive maintenance replacement of un-serviceable parts/ material including labour , transportation cost . |
| 8 | OEM shall rectify the defects with in 24 Hrs after receipt of complaints, other wise the complaint will be rectified by the other agency and the expenditure incurred will be recovered from the contractorsdues . The penalty for not attending complaints shall be recovered at Rs 2000/- per day till proper functioning of lift . |
| 9 | Old material will be produced to AGE E/Myard by the contractor . |
| 10 | The schedule \"A\" consists of comprehensive maintenance of M/S KONE lift in Tech area.The work under authorised dealer comprehensive maintenance of lift all as specified in Sch \"A\" section I item 1 and 2 above . |
| 11 | The cost of labour required for replacement of spares/ accessories, as mentioned insection -II item No. 13 to 25 deemed to be included in the quoted rates . |
