(ii) The technician should be from reputed company of transformer repairing company duly qualified and conversent with functioning of transformers (iii) The technician will check the following points:- (a) Checking of minium and maximum peak load, voltage, current on each phase LT and HT side. (b) Checking of temprature of winding and oil in conservator and transformer.(c) Checking of tightness of all gasket joints including HT & LT cable boxes and checking any leakage of oil. (d) Checking HT and LT end joints at transformer end heating, sparking or carbon deposit and loose connections.(e) Checking of connections of marshelling box if installed on transformer and checkingof functioning of buchholz relay. (f) Testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil after every 3 months intervel and submit test report. (g) Examination of cracks & loose connections on bushings & terminals(h) Checking of proper working of all indicators/meters/guages. (j) Testing of earth results after every 3 months interval shall be submitted (test report).(k) All test report/check list for each transformer will be initated by contractor as directed. The cost of stationary/test sheets/registerof records deems to be included in unit rate. |

| 113 | S & F in replacement The operating mechanism of the indoor type 11 kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker with a robust, spring-charged, motor-operated mechanism with manual charging provision, conforming to IS/IEC 62271-100. It shall be of the stored-energy type capable of both electrical and manual operation, ensuring quick make and break operations under normal and fault conditions. The mechanism shall be trip-free and incorporate anti-pumping and mechanical interlocking features to prevent simultaneous or unintended operations. It shall include motor for automatic charging of the closing spring with provision for manual hand charging through a lever in case of supply failure. The closing and tripping shall be achieved through electrically operated coils rated for 30 V/48 V/110 V/220 V DC or AC as specified. The mechanism shall have clear mechanical indication of breaker position (ON/OFF), spring charged/discharged status, and shall allow remote as well as local control. All moving parts shall be designed for long mechanical life (minimum 10,000 operations at rated current) with low maintenance, and bearings shall be self-lubricating or sealed-for-life. Mechanical safety interlocks shall be provided to prevent racking of the breaker in the closed position and to prevent closing unless the breaker is fully in service or test position. All parts of the mechanism shall be housed in a dust-protected, accessible enclosure ensuring easy maintenance and trouble-free operation over its service life all asspecified and directed. |

| 119 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 30 V DC battery bank comprising fifteen (15) numbers of 2 V lead-acid cells connected in series to achieve the required voltage of 30 V DC, each cell having a rated capacity of 200 Ah at 10-hour/20-hour rate at 27 °C. The battery bank shall be of maintenance-free VRLA or low-maintenance tubular lead-acid type conforming to IS 1651 / IS 15549 / IEC 60896 or latest standards, housed in high-impact acid-resistant polypropylene containers with heat-sealed covers and fitted with lead alloy terminals, protective caps and inter-cell connectors. All batteries shall be supplied complete with suitable MS epoxy-painted battery racks, interconnecting links, bolts, nuts, washers, electrolyte (if applicable), vent plugs and all necessary accessories. The design life of the cells shall not be less than five years at 27 °C and shall be compatible with float and boost charging modes of the existing/proposed battery charger. The scope of work includes supply, delivery to site, installation on racks with proper interconnections, initial charging and site testing/commissioning, and submission of manufacturer’s test certificates and warranty documents. The battery bank shall be warranted for a minimum of two years from the date of commissioning or as otherwise specified in the tender. |
