| 1 | M&L for applying PU Polish finish to wooden Heritage doors and windows (Including taking down shutter and refixing where required or directed by Engr-in-charge) with holding properties of glossy appearance, scratch resistant finish, moisture resistance, UV resistance etc. Application process will be:-(i) Surface preparation:- The wooden surface is sanded and fully cleaned by previous applied treatment to ensure a smooth finish.(ii) Base coat application:- A primer or base coat is applied to the surface.(iii) Top Coat application :- The PU polish top coat will be apply in multiple thin layers upto High shine glossy finish.(iv) Drying and curing :- Each layer is allowed to dry and cure before applying the next coat. |
| 2 | M&L for applyingBrass polish to all brass joinery like sliding door bolt, tower bolt, hinges and handles etc including rubbing with sand paper and cleaning surface with baking soda, vinegar etc to receive brasso and make shine upto satisfactory level of engr-in-charge. |
| 3 | Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.5 sqmbut not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Supply and fixing 2nd class hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 5 | M&L for refixing in same opening chowkats and frames with shuttersexc 1.5 sqmbut not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge. |

| 7 | Supply and fixing 2nd class hard wood in Transomes or mullions, straight, for solid frames of any description, wrought, framed, double rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered (including weathering to transome, if required put together with glue, pinned at joints), supplied and fixed complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
