| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of advance maintenance free system based earthing comprising of following accessories complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Set of 01 Nos 3000 mm long, 17.2 mm dia earth electrode made of 99.99% copper circular rods with connect copperstrip and electrode with the help of copper brazzing ofincoming copper strips of size 25mm x 3mmof length as per site requirement upto copper Bus bar/Earth test point as decided by Engr-in-Charge and the distance between two copper earth electrode earthing should be minimum 3 Meter .(b) Copper bus bar of size (300 x 25 x 6)mm act as test point connect with copper nuts and bolts with post insulator.(Nuts/bolts as required is included in the cost).(c)Poly propylene earth pit cover of size 300 mm x 300 mm (with safe working load 5000 Kg)(d) Each pit filled with earth enhancement compound /chemical (Magnesium sulphate) only (min 50 Kgs/pit) all as specified.(e) Required result of earthing should be less than 01 Ohm . If desired Ohmic value is not achieved then additional set of 1 No of3000 mm long, 17.2 mm dia earth electrode made out of 99.9% copper rod with allied items, 01 x Pit cover, 01 x Sub bar as (d) above 50 Kg of chemical shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt. No price adjustment shall be made, if additional set is not required complete all as directed by Engr- in-charge(f)Necessary excavation work in any type of soil/strata, returning filling and removal of soil is included in the quoted rates.(g) Site inspection for complete Earthing work is mandotry for the Contractor before quoting the tender. No explanation/doubts will be entertained later.(h) Any damage done to govt property during the execution of work will be make good by the contractor at his own cost. (j) The Characteristics of this compound shall highly conductive, hygroscopic, non-magnetic, non-corrosive in nature, and have the best moisture-retaining qualities.Make:- U-Protect/ or as approved by GE. |
| 2 | Material & Labour for U protect R-60 Early Streamer emission Air terminal (ESEAT). Model:U protect R-60The ESEAT has corrosion resistant stainless chrome body capable of working in hazardous atmosphere. The Air terminal is non-radioactive and requires no special licensing. The unit is fully autonomous (no battery, no external power supply is required), collects energy from the ambient electric field. The ESEAT model has been tested in a high voltage laboratory in accordance with NFC 17 to 102 in order to measure the average gain in triggering. The average gain in triggering time (Δ Ts) obtained during the lab test for the offered model is 63 µs.The ESEAT works on negative as well as positively polarized discharges. ESEAT has been tested for such discharges in Central Power Research Institute (CPRI).A dedicated tester is available to test the healthiness of the ESEAT on request (Page No. 37, Point No. 3 of Clause 8.6 of the Revised NFC 17 to 102 version 2011 ).ESEAT Model : U protect R-60- Radius of protection =60 Mtrs @ L- IIILevel of protection considered for the project = Level III, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
