| 15 | Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces over 1mm thick wall care putty on wallto get a smooth and tint free surface, up to 4 storey height complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Painting work on wall including preparation of surfaces shall be carried out using hand held mechanical sanding machines only. The work shall be executed through paint manufacturer/ authorized applicator of manufacturer’s only. |
| 16 | Supply and fix for angle iron fencing posts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, flat iron for fixing of chain link fencing etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed. |
