Systematic maintenance of railway track in the private railway siding of FCI at FSD BOMMAPURA for all items as included in the technical specification 3.0 to 3.9

Supplying and stacking neatly stone ballast of 50mm for track in private siding along the track in private siding of FCI confirming to par 9.0 to 9.8 of technical specifications.

Spreading of available stone ballast of 50mm in dumping manure neatly over the track etc., complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Supplying released pre-stressed concrete track sleepers to suit broad-guage with all necessary fittings generally conforming to railway standard and specification at site.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing laying Points and crossings on P.S.C sleepers with 52KG 1 in 8.5 CMS. Second hand rails with all fittings including dismantling of existing damaged turnout laid on wooden sleepers with 90R. Rails including providing junction plates etc as required(the released railways materials i.e old rails, sleepers,fitting,etc) credited in item of work. the old dismantled material shall be property of the contractor.

supplying pre-stressed concrete trak sleepers to suit broad gauge points & crossings with all the necessary fittings confirming to railway standard and specifsications at site

Fixing of released pre-stressed concrete sleepers/ wooden sleepers as per railway standards and specifications to broad guage railway track and Points & Crossings including opening of the track and removal of the damaged sleepers/ steel sleepers and stacking at site as directed.The rate shall include the cost of packing and forming the ballast formation but exclude the cost of PSC sleepers fittings shall be supplied by departmentally.

Deduct for salvage value for released / removed damaged check rails, CST sleepers etc
