| 1 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a microcontroller based wireless controller system designed for managing water levels and pressure across multiple remotely situated tanks. The wireless controller communicates on 865~868Mhz band for long range communication. This control system integrates microcontroller technology with wireless data reception capabilities to receive various sensor data wirelessly to indicate & control water automation system. It will indicate water level in Percentage with One percent resolution along with tank ID through 4-digit LED/LCD display (minimum 56mm height) for real-time visualization of water levels and sensor data, alongside four potential-free relays that enable the system to operate single or dual motors (three-phase) based on specific conditions. The controller starts the motors when water levels in any linked tank drop below predetermined thresholds and stopping them when all tanks reach capacity. It also responds to data from pressure transmitters, ensuring motors operate within defined pressure ranges in pipeline. It must have a built-in RTC with timer functions, enabling automated motor control based on configurable schedules, while providing comprehensive runtime statistics for monitoring purposes. There should be an audio & visual alarm, if water level in any tank cross threshold limit for overflow level. It should also give visual indication for various fault conditions. Operating voltage single phase 180~260Vac. It can also indicate status of motorized valve and minimum number of opened valves can be set beyond which it will stop the motor to avoid excessive pressure in pipeline. It will also indicate rising/ falling trend of water level in overhead/ underground tank. It should have RS 485/Modbus output to interface with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Building Management Systems (BMS), and Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) to ensure seamless integration within larger infrastructure frameworks and facilitates data exchange on water levels, motor statuses, sensor configurations, and operational commands. It should be capable to change internal setting through Modbus from RTU/ BMS system. The controller\"s enclosure should be made from minimum 0.80mm thick MS sheet with a powder-coated finish and a 3mm thick polycarbonate sheet protecting the display area. It must confirming to standards for fire hazard (IEC 60695-2-10:2021) and ingress protection (IP65 per IS/IEC 60529:2001), ensuring reliability in various environmental conditions. It should have suitable fixing/ mounting arrangement. |
| 2 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Battery operated (to power minimum 8Year) RF based ultra-low powered wireless water level data top transmitter (minimum 15dBm power) operating in frequency band 865~868mHZ, confirming to EN 300 220 and ingress protection IP68, with scale and corrosion free capacitance based level sensor to measure water level percentage from 0% to 100% (± 5% with 1% resolution for tanks upto 10mtr depth with auto calibration sensor. It should also calculate trend & rate of rise/ fall of water level and transmit the data along with water level data. It will have input for detection of conductivity based flow in pipeline and on/off status of motorized valve and send the data wirelessly. It should have a technique to avoid collision of RF signal and minimise corruption of data. It should have CRC check in transmitted data to detect error in block of data. |
| 3 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Battery operated (to power minimum 8Year) RF based ultra-low powered wireless water level data sump transmitter (minimum 15dBm power) operating in frequency band 865~868mHZ, confirming to EN 300 220 and ingress protection IP68, with scale and corrosion free capacitance based level sensor to measure water level percentage from 0% to 100% (± 5% with 1% resolution for tanks upto 10mtr depth with auto calibration sensor. It should also calculate trend & rate of rise/ fall of water level and transmit the data along with water level data. It will have input for detection of conductivity based flow in pipeline and on/off status of motorized valve and send the data wirelessly. It should have a technique to avoid collision of RF signal and minimise corruption of data. It should have CRC check in transmitted data to detect error in block of data. |
| 4 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 230Vac/ 5V DC operated RF signal booster operating in Frequency band 865~868mHZ confirming to EN.300.220 to relay/ transmit the RF signal received from multiple transmitters to further distance with LED based instant indicator. It should have a technique to avoid collision of RF signal and minimise corruption of data. A mechanism should be there to avoid circular transmission of data between repeaters. LED based visual indication should be there to indicate signal strength of received wireless data. It should have RF receiving sensitivity of minimum -125dBm and transmission power of minimum 15dBm. It should be configurable to filter out RF signal of particular transmitters to reduce the transmission signals in Air. It should have shock proof ABS body with IP65 rating and must have suitable mounting arrangements on wall or stand. |
| 5 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 12V DC operated wireless RTU to receive data wirelessly from remote sensor data transmitters/ RF boosters and push the data to BMS/ controller unit through UART and to the server through 4G/ 5G GSM network. This device will be equipped IOT sim of cellular network service providers. It should have LCD/ OLED screen to display various parameters and status of network/ connectivity. The enclosure should be IP65 rating with suitable mounting arrangements. Various settings should be configurable through common web browser using Wi-Fi feature. |
| 6 | Web based remote monitoring/ control system: Providing web based remote Water level monitoring/ control system by providing access to controller/ information panel at Central server of minimum Tire-III level data centre in India. It will indicate various data/ parameters in user friendly manners. It will also show data in graphical/ CSV format which can be downloaded. Various parameters full, low and overflow limits of individual tanks can be configured through this web interface. Other parameters related to operation of motor can also be configured remotely. It can be access through any web browser with multi-level user authentication. It will trigger SMS alerts for various events on crossing limits, to multiple mobile numbers. The cost include only for access to server/ application and it does not include the cost of required hardware. The cost of hardware will be charged separately but the cost of running the services is included. For access to Motor controller/ Valve Controller - For 12 months. |

It consists a connected Butterfly Valve (working pressure 6Kg/cm.sq.) with SS304/ CI Disc and CI Butterfly Valve Body with Wafer type End Connections.
