Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and certification of Fall protection lifeline system upto roof height of 30m & designed for 4 people working at a time. The system shall have components like tensioner, shock absorber, SS Roof posts (ends, corner & intermediate) of 316 grade having max. spacing of 10m to be fixed on purlin or truss member, brackets in each post (ends, corner & intermediate), SS Wire rope - 8mm dia. (7x7) of 316 grade (with swaging termination) having capacity for 4 peoples freely movable from one end to other end & other accessories for safety as per design, confirming to EN 795:2012 Type C & CEN/TS 16415:2013 Type C, including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, cost of sheet cutting for fixing roof post, cutting of roofing sheet not more than 20cm X 20cm or nearest, other incidentals etc. complete. Layout of Fall protection system shall be in C-shaped & same shall be approved by CSL. Rate is inclusive warranty of atleast 10 years for individual components. Rate is also inclusive of testing, maintenance & recertification for next five years after installation.Recertification shall be done four times annually after first 12 months certification. Additionally, supply of 4 Nos of travelling trolley, 4 Nos of 8m lanyard with rope grabber and other accessories related to lifeline system for seamless and safe movement for 4 person from one end to another. [NOTE: Rate is inclusive of arranging and using aerial working platform/boom lift/mechanical lift for entire work.]

Roof post shall be fixed with anti-loosing locking nut-bolt fitting with restriction of rotation/tilting on the purlin/truss member able to hold the design load of lifeline. The height of roof post shall be in range of 15-25cm above the crest of roofing sheet. Design details shall be furnished to CSL before commencement of installation.

Supply and fixing FRP/FGRP with suitable resin and adhesive for leak proofing at the location of roof post fixed for lifeline after cutting the roofing sheet. Rate is inclusive of cost and conveyance of materials, labour, making safety arrangements, working at the roof top of the buildings, removal of waste, hire charge of tools and other incidentials.
