Providing and fixing aluminium work for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately). Removal of existing windows and transport to stack yard if necessary as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 82 | Scrapping of walls, wsahing, removing old paints and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of premium quality of required shade on old or new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) including priming (1 lit / 10 Sqm) coat. Necessary repair of existing surface of wall by cement morter (1 Cement: 4 Sand) must be done. If any concreting required, it will be paid separately. |
| 83 | Scrapping of walls, removing old paints and finishing walls with Distempering with Two or more coats on new and old work (1st quality acrylic distemper) including priming coat, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer\"s specification. | 87 | Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 1Km lead.The dismantled portions need to be finished by 15mm or more thick cement plaster mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) with damp proofing reacgent as per need of surface in any height of the building. |
