Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates 45-63mm of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, ro ling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screen ing/bindin g materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Consolidation/Compaction of stone ballast 10cm thick (loose) coat including repairing of patches picking up to old surface spreading, ballast making medhies to retain water and carriage of metal upto 30m carriage of water upto 200m maintenance of barriers and all labour T&P including road roller charges etc. required for proper completion of work the stone ballast is to be supplied to the contractor free of cost at site.
