| 1 | M&L for preparing pavement joints by removal/ taking out of the existing sealant bituminous or any other compound to a depth as directed, by chiseling from joints, cleaning the joints portion thoroughly and grinding sides of joints with grinding machine to make the surface free from dust faces of bitumen or any other sealing compound without disturbing the pavement,then finally cleaning the joints with compressed air by air blower etc providing backup material ( Polypropylene backup rod) of suitable width 20 to 25% more width of joints as per available space in the pavement joints and also to maintain a depth (min 06 to 10mm) to accomodate joint sealant as specified and priming both side edges of the joint surface upto the top level of backup material with specified primer and apply Polyurethane base joints sealant properly leaving 3mm gap from top surface of concrete as per manufacture\"s instruction using masking tape to avoid accidental sppilage , size of joints 8 to 10mm wide and 25 mm average depth complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fly wheel, Spatula, Trangular pallet knife etc to be used to maintain the recess and to give asthetics. |

| 3 | M&L for preapartion of old painted surfaces of wall and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqmoversurfaces complete all as specified and directed. |

| 8 | Taking out carefully the cover slab of each manhole of depth from 1.0 metre to 2.00 metre and removing the sludge by mechanical process or manual process transporting to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing the same in excavated earthen pit of sufficient size and depth of any type of soil within the defence land, where directed including returning, filling of earth in excavated pit after every disposal of sludge etc. and cleaning with fresh water, placing the cover slab in position complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Cleaning of blockage in sewage lines of size 150 mm dia or above, between manholes, by manual means and subsequently flushing with fresh water under pressure to ensure complete clearance. The work shall also include passing of rubber ball of suitable size through the line to confirm full clearance of obstruction and free flow of sewage. All sludge and foul materials to be collected and disposed of outside MOD land in a hygienic manner. The entire operation shall be carried out in foul condition and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed. |

| 14 | Taking down carefully existing turbo ventilator of 24 inches throat diameter from roof sheeting or structure, cleaning, oiling, greasing, tightening of screws, bolts, nuts, bearings, and carrying out all necessary minor repairs to make it noise-free and smooth in operation, and refixing in same position after necessary adjustments and alignment, including replacement of unserviceable fasteners or washers as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.Note:All necessary arrangements such as scaffolding, ladders, cradles, safety harness, and protective measures shall be provided by the contractor for safe and smooth execution of work without any extra cost to the Department. |
| 15 | S&F in repairs UV-resistant self-adhesive bituminous tape of size 100mm wide and 1.5mm thick, applied over leaks and cracks on galvanized / asbestos sheet, concrete roofs, frames, skylights, parapets, glass and plastic surfaces, etc.; tape shall be pressure-sensitive, UV-resistant, protected by aluminium film and reinforced with polyester film, forming an instant, permanent and water-tight seal; including all necessary surface preparation, scaffolding at any height, and safety precautions during execution, complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer’s instructions.Make: STP, Asian Paints, Dr. Fixit, Fosroc, or equivalent |
