(all pumps repair/overhauling done in pump house premises, only damage part will be sent to workshop)Job Consist with the follwing :-(i) Regular inspection and servicing of all EM assets/installation comprising with Booster/Pump house, with Techanically qualified/experience person (manpower is available for 24 hrs for regularly/emergency) and rectify the issues on immediate basis.(ii) Taking down/dismantling of defective induction/Sumbersible or (any types) motor of any capacity and make from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connection. coupling, pulley, with all connected items for cleaning, servicing, Minor/Major repair and refixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of induction/sumbersible/(any type) motor after rectification of issue complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per site requirment.(iii) Taking down from foundation, base frame by disconnecting suction & delivery lines and coupling, opening including dismantling of centrifugal/Sumbersible/Monoblock or (any types) pump set of any make & any capacity for servicing/cleaning/Major or Minor Repair/replacement of worn out spare parts as per site requirment and re-assembling, installation in same location including testing after complete rectification all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, The booster pumps installes at VIP huts at various loc servicing from authorised dealer for 2 in each month (i.e 8 in each job) with replacement of required items is include in quoted rate.(iv) M&L for finding and Repair/rectification of all type of complaints against Pumps/motors/NRV/Sluice Valve/Starter/water supply pipe lines (Sunction/Delivery) like Motor not working/pump not working/leakage/blockage/no water supply/no suction of pump etc,(any type) against day to day maintainence/services complaints. Contractor shall be responsible for complete check and found exact issue, Complaint shall be rectified by the contractor within 4 hrs from the launch of complaint time through complaint slip/ teliphonically/messaging. If contractor fail to rectified the above said complaint in given time period then a penalty @ Rs 500/hr will be recovered agaist the each job/complaint. Complete site cannot be handed over to contractor, site of defective pump/motors & leakage/blockage/no water supply as per complaint received by operator is only handed over to the contractor on site requirment basis. M&L for cleaning & Checking for make proper serviceable ofsuction & delivery water supply pipe line, foot valve,sluice valve, NRV, instruements, starters, connected control cabling/wiring including electrical panels with switchgears complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge.(v) M&L for opening the gland cap from both side of centrifugal pumps (any type) and taking out the rusted gland dori completely and refilling the new gland dori with grease both side of pump and refixing the gland cap in same position as per requirment on site (as complaint given). (all pumps repair/overhauling done in pump house premises, only damage part will be sent to workshop and work done in front of MES rep within 4 hours, all transport and other arrangment done By contractor).(vi) M&L for opening the gland cap from both side of sluice vale at booster/Pump house/all staion area /(Rising lines of OHT/Sump or delivery lines) and taking out the rusted gland dori complete and refilling the new gland dori with grease both side of sluice valve and refixing the gland cap in same position.(vii) Contractor shall provide Techanically qualified/experience person for fault attending within 1 hrs and rectify within 4 hours. If the Supply/Booster/Pump-Motor is off load/break down more than 8 hrs, a penalty at the rate of Rs. 5000/- per day shall be levied and deducted from the contractor\"s payment. The contractor shall be provide/arrange alternate option for defective pump/motor of any capacity or make as per site for avoiding supply failure in case repair/replacement of defective parts takes longer time in genuine condition (condition is fixed by Engr-in-Charge), the expense is deemed in quoted rate and no extra amount paid on this account.(viii) During entire contract period any defective components or any other materials which is not specified in Sch \"A\" but required repair/replacement to make plant/ machinery fully functional, the cost of same shall be deemed included in quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account.(ix) M&L for checking/dismantling/repair//Replacement of U/S leather washers heavy duty with new leather washer heavy duty (ISI marked) suitable for foot valve of existing size dia bore at all booster/pump houses. Complaint for same given in complaint slip, during Four month quarter repair of foot valve & NRV will be done as per complaint received. Complaint should be rectify within 4 Hours after launch of complaint, if contractor fail to done that recovery of Rs. 500/- per hours shall be levied and deducted from the contractor\"s payment. (x) M&L for dismantling of NRV(anysize & Make) carefullyafter disconnectingfrom suction/delivery line of pumping set unscrewing the both side taking out seat with level and labour and material from replacementof leatherwasher cleaninginside seat space reassembling, reinstalling back complete as per site requirment. contractor should be provide lather sheet of 4mm thick at each pump house minimum 2 sqmtr.(xi) M&L for applied super quality Grease for Bearingthrough gun machine in two times in a month complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(xii) Checking of motors with complet Electric connection and rectifying with requird assesories (minor) including making connections/ Disconnection for making serviciable or for routine check as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(xiii) Shifting of pump-Motor set or pump & motor separately in emergency requirment complete with required fittings as per site complete and rate is include in quoted rate all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.(xiv) M&L for repair/metal coating/lath work for shafts, impeller, Impeller body, housing case of bearing, pump body, gap between upper and lower body jointd in gland packing area including welding/(gas welding) of pump-motor/replacement of petty/minor items for upgradation/repair other than specified in Sch ‘A’such as shaft seal/ keys/seals/sleeves/fans/studs and other minor repairs as ordered by Engr-in-Charge, transportation to workshop & back to site and make serviceable compete shall be deemed to be included under this job all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Note : (for item No 1)(i) All complaints for repair/replacement/servicing/cleaning/shifting shall given by department (JE E/M or MCM)on daily basis forthis complete job (Ser item No. 1), contractor shall rectify all complaints within 4 hrs after launch of complaint and return the complaint slip with operator sign (for confirmation of rectification) to complaint cell on daily basis. Contractor shoul provide 1x pump-motor mechanic and 1 x helper on daily basis during contract period. Daily collection of complaint slip, transportation and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by the contractor, hence the bidder is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quote their rate accordingly.(ii) All above points mentioned in job for the period of one months shall be considered as one Job, Each Job shall be measured and paid in one calendar months. (iii) Dismanling and refiixing of pump & motor job, Gland filling in Pump & Sluice Valve Job is not fixed in numbers, this Job will be done as per site requirment hence contractor dose not denay for the same, and do not claim extra on this account. Refixing is done after rectifying the issue/complaint hence it coverd labour charges for fixing/replacing required spare parts/items and all connected expense, major Spare parts for Repair of pumps and motor shall be measured and paid separately.(iv) Complaints given for regular problems/issue facing by operator and all type of complaints against any type of pumps and motors includind water supply/priming pipe lines shall be rectified by the contractor within 4 hrs from the launch of complaint time through complaint slip/ telephonically/messaging. If contractor fail to rectified the above said complaint in given time period then a penalty @ Rs 500/hrs will be recovered for contractor payment. Complete site cannot be handed over to contractor, site of leakage/pump & Motor not working/foot valve not working/NRV not working/blockage/shifting as per complaint received by operator is only handed over to the contractor on site requirment basis.(v) Contractor should collect complaint slip on daily basis from 09:30 to 10:30 hrs without fail and deposite the same after rectification within time period of 12 hrs, if contractor fail to deposite complaint slip with operatort sign with date, then consider as delay in rectification period, which leads to recovery.(vi) Checking of NRV/Foot valve including taking up, cleaning inside and refixing after testing for nonfunctioning complaint is include in this job and no extra cost shall paid to contractor. Repair of foot valve/NRV/ is paid seperatly if any part found unserviceable or required lath work for make functional. (vii) All T&P and vehicles for transpotation will be provide by contractor and no extra payment made out on this account, replacement of petty/minori tems other than specified in Sch \"A\" such as Shaft seal/Keys/seals/sleeves/studs or as per site requirment shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor under this item. (iv) Contractor Shall provide required manpower with all required tools/equipments for attending emergency complaint for 24 hours no extra payment made out on this account. Contractor is responsible for deposite the old unsv material received against replacent toAGE Kanasar store yard and rate is included in quoted rate.(viii) Contractor should provide minimun 75% material within 7 days after work order issue, all pump-motor repair must done in kanasar station, if need to take to workshop then one rep from MES will be present during work and all arrangment done by contractor. Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of all labour, equipment and T&P material/arrangment to attend the day to day maintenance complaint on daily basis.(ix) Contractor shall update daily executed work on daily basis with sign of user/operator on complaint slip (maintaining work done register) to concern JE E/M/MCM for updating exact progress of contract agreement. |

(v) Contractor Shall provide required manpower with all required tools/equipments for attending emergency complaint for 24 hours no extra payment made out on this account. (vi) Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of all labour, equipment and T&P material/arrangment to attend the day to day maintenance complaint on daily basis .(vii) Contractor shall update daily executed work on daily basis with sign of user on complaint slip (maintaining work done register) to concern JE E/M.(viii) Rates quoted by tenderer incl finding/tracing exact issue of daily complaint for any size of pipes, and after rectification same will be measured in as per size of pipe on site in as per job. During repair/maintenance site cleaning is required the rate for same inclusive in quoted rates.(ix) Old unsv material recived against new laid pipe/Sluice valve/NRV (All old unsv material any type) etc may transport and deposited to AGE E/M store yard by contractor as per directions of Engr-in-charge. (x) Contractor should collect complaint slip on daily basis prior to 0930 to 1030 hrs without fail and deposite the same after rectification within time period of 12 hrs, if contractor fail to deposite complaint slip with occupant sign with date, then consider as delay in rectification period which leads to recovery as per Rs 200/day. |
