| 7 | Note :-(a) In case of laying of CI/GI/DI pipe line is to be executed in civil area, it will be the responsibility of the contractor to obtain necessary permission for cutting of road & berm from BWSSB. |
| 8 | (b) For this purpose amount to be paid online to BWSSB, same is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. |
| 9 | (c) The T&P like JCB, Drill Machine, Moveable Generator etc required for cutting of road shall be arranged by the contractor & no extra cost shall be paid for the same. |
| 10 | (d) After execution of work, the contractor will make good disturbed portion of road with bitumen or PCC complete all as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The cost for same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. |
