Providing and fixing 60 mm wall/ceilingpanelling .The wall/ceiling panels shall be made up of 0.45 mm thick PPGI ribbed sheeton both sides with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam of density 40 kg +/- 2kg/cum as insulation in between. The thickness of PU foam layer shall be 50 mm.. The colour of PPGI sheet may be off white, white, grey (depending on availability) any other shade. The panels will be provided with tongue and groove joint and will be interlocked using cam lock systems. The PUF insulation material used in the panels should conform to IS 12436-1988. All material required for manufacture of shelter will be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian Standard specification. The wall panels at the corner will be joined by PPGI corner angle. The wall panels will also have PPGI top track. Since all the flashings shall be of PPGI, no welding will be allowed. The PPGI angle and flashings shall be bent or/and riveted to form the desired shapes and sizes.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover
