| 2 | The work related to Digital Site Survey of complete Land Port & Submission of Report, Master Plan including all existing and upcoming Buildings, Structures, Landscaping, Site Development etc. complete as per the site measurements, Preparation and submission of DBR / DER, Conceptual Architectural Drawings of all upcoming Buildings, Structures, Landscaping, Site Development including Plans, Elevations, Sections, Services (Civil, MEPF, Solar & ELV), Specifications etc. complete based on the Scope of Work, Preparation and submission of Preliminary Estimates for all upcoming Buildings, Structures, Landscaping, Site Development including Plans,Elevations, Sections, Services (Civil, MEPF, Solar & ELV) etc. complete based on the Scope of Work, Preparation, Submission and Presentation of the 3D Views of all upcoming Buildings, Structures, Landscaping and Site Development based on the scope of the work depicting interior including faced design features and Exterior Theme design of complete Land Port including all existing & upcoming Buildings, Structures, Landscaping, Site Development, Preparation and Submission of Tender Documents incorporating Site Survey, Master Plan, DBR / DER, 3D Views, Conceptual Architectural Drawings, Preliminary Estimates, Schedule of Finishes, Inventory of Fittings / Fixtures, Item Specifications and other necessary documents required to publish Tender on CPP Portal on EPC mode andapproval thereof from LPAI including clarifications of queries of Pre-bid meetings and any other clarifications / modifications required till selection of the EPC Contractor. (The rates include GST @ 18% nothing will be paid extra)a. Tenderer must quote %age \"Above\" or \"Below\" or \"At Par\" to the estimated cost of thework the tender documents, failing which the bid shall become invalid. b. Rates quoted by the bidder shall be all inclusive and deemed to be inclusive of all types of taxes, duties and levies imposed by Central/State Govt. and local bodies such as IGST/CGST/SGST/UTGST, Compensation Cess, Labour Cess, Custom Duty, royalties, and other levies. No additional amount shall be paid or claim be entertained on these acount by Employer. |
