Removing ExistingAC / GI / Galvalume Sheets/polycarbonate plain and corrugated sheets from roof / cladding / partitions etc., excluding supporting structure. Rateincludes scaffolding, handling, shifting, sorting and stacking as directed etc complete.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and disposing same to factory scrap yard. Payment shall be made as per the RCF weighbridge challan only.

Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed designs and drawing including fixing in position without connecting plates, braces etc. and applying one coat of epoxy red oxideprimer (DFT: min. 30 microns) and two coats of Epoxy finish paint (DFT: min. 30 microns each) of approved make and shade etc. complete . (str. steel of approved make only shall be used.) ISA 65x65x6 to be used for purlins.

Providing & fixing at all heights, levels and locations colour finish Aluminium alloy color coated roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500B(AA3105) or 40800 (AA8011), temper H18 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/tapping Stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Thickness 0.71 mm, Aluminium color coated troughed profile with center to center pitch of 125-200mm, depth of 32-38mm, cover width shall not less than 900mm) Make:\"Everlast\" of Hindalco or equivalent.

Providing and fixing of Pre-coated colour Aluminium Roofing Accessories in 0.71 mm thickness ,alloy IS designation 31500B(AA3105) or 40800 (AA8011), For color, coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, using self drilling/ tapping SS screws of size 6 x 50mm with 3mm thick EPDM seal and SS plain washer complete. (Make:\"Everlast\" of Hindalco or equivalent). Precoated aluminium Ridges plain (Width 500-600 mm)
