Dismantling cement concrete 1:3:6 or 1:2:4 richer mix including disposal off dismantled materialswith in a lead of 30mwithin a lead of 30 m.

Providing and laying CC 1:3:6 with 20mm chips for flooring and floated hard trowelled smooth the top surface as directed by EIC including cost of all materials, scaffoldings, Transportation charges, labour charges,and minor toolsas directed by EIC etc complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality Vitrified Floor tiles (600 x 600 mm, thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria or equivalent make in all colours for flooring over CM 1:3, 12mm thick including intermediate filling of the tiles with matching pigment etc. as directed by the Engineer-in charge, including transportation of all materials to work site, all labour charges, tools cost of all matrials, placing of cement mortar, laying oftiles etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria, or equivalent make in all colours, of any size as approved by EIC for skirting, rises of steps and dados walls over 12 mm cm 1:3 and pointing with coloured cement including cost of allmaterials, labour charges forming & placing of cement mortar and laying tiles etc., complete.
