| 1 | Comprehensive, Periodical and Preventive Maintenance of \"THYSSENKRUPP\" make passenger lifts-03 Nos (8 Passengers Lifts-02 Nos, 13 Passengers Lift-01 No.) in Meghnath Block & passenger Lifts-02 Nos (8 Passengers Lift-01 No., 13 Passengers Lift-01 No.) in Chakravorty Block, electrically operated 1.5 meter/second speed with power driven automatic steel sliding doors of single speed and efficient operating condition through manufacturer\"s instructions by regular examination, lubrication and carrying out planned maintenance of system in controlled manner using techniques and expertise and including Sunday & Holidays complete all as specified and directed. Location : Meghnath & Chakrabarty Blocks in Naraina Bagh.Notes:- (i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEM of existing lifts.Please also refer Sch \"A\" Notes.(ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given in Particular Specifications from OEM i.e M/s Thyssenkrupp Ltd within fifteen days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue.(iii)Spare parts to be replaced as listed in item Nos 02 to 13 ofBoQ /Sch \"A\" shall be measured and paid separately as Supply Only. Fixing charge is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted for above item No. 01. |
| 2 | (iv)Oil required in gear box and lubrication shall be provided by the contractor at his own costof GradeIndian oil, Servo Mesh 320 or Servo System 320 equivalent grade of oil all as approved By Engr-in-charge alongwith cleaning material and contractor shall quoted his rate accordingly. (v)The Replacement ofmaterial like car cabin, ceiling frame, panels, hoist way door panels, door frame, car flooring, floor covering,hand resting rails,mirrors,light bulb/tubes,car cabinet key,door unlocking keys in case of loss,sills, main line power switches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoist way wiring, hydraulic jack outer casing, burried piping, alignment of elevator guide rails, smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors are not included in the quoted rate.(vi)Any items not covered under as \"supply only\" (ie. item No 2 to 13 of BOQ) as well as items other than excluded vide Serial Note No (v) above shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the above itemfor the smooth functioning of lifts and the contractor may quote the rate accordingly. Contractor is expected to inspect the lift before quoting the rate.(vii)Contractor shall be attending complaints round the clock i.e. 24 hrs including Sunday & Holiday. If contractor is not able to rectify the complaint, penalty shall be charged as given below:-(a)upto 1st day- NIL(b)2nd day- Rs 1000/- Per complaint per day(c)Subsequently for every days - Rs 2000/- Per complaint per day.(viii) All existing earthing of the lift shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor at his own costto the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge & nothing extra will be paid to contractor. |
| 3 | (ix) Contractor shall submit safety security certificate of lifts from OEM in every month as per performa mentioned in perticular specification here-in-after.(x) The OEM will also detail one technician to inspect the lift every week regarding functioning of lift or any other issue arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any shall be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-charge. In case, no technician detailed, an amount ofRs-500/- per week per lift will be deducted from contractor\"s dues. Technician should always carry necessary service tools during sight visit every week.(xi) The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of T&P required for carrying out repair, stationaryfor maintinance of records, uniform for mechanic etc all as specified.(xii) The unit rate quoted by the contractor for the above item shall be deemed to be included for all above provision. |
| 4 | M&L for installationin replacement of PCB of lift with connected parts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Supply and fixing in replacement of landing sill upto 900 mm opening all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing in replacement of Car door track suitable for Thyssenkrupp Make liftall as specified and directedby Engg In Charge. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing in replacement of Landing door track suitable for Thyssenkrupp Make liftall as specified and directedby Engg In Charge. |
| 8 | Supply only in replacement cabin fan made of metalic body and copper wounded motor with 3 set of blades of suitable size as per sample up to 350 mm with complete fixing accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Supply only in replacement of upto 7 watts LED light fitting as per site requirement complete suitable for fixing in existing size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Supply only in replacement of 10 watts circular type LED light fitting complete suitable for fixing in existing size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 11 | Supply only in replacement 15 Watts bulkhead type LED light fitting complete suitable for fixing in existing shaft size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (For shaft area ) |
| 12 | Supply only in replacement of battery for lift of capacity 08 passengers & 13 passengers and rating upto (12V& 7 AH ) for UPS system in lift (other rating as per smaple) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
