| 1 | Notes:-(i) 100 percent nonperishable items of the work shall be deposited by the L1 bidder within 30 days after placing of work order.(ii) The critical path network shall be submitted by L1 bidder immediately after the acceptance of tender and approved by GE.(iii) The bidders must ensure to visit the site, check relevant documents and makes of materials required to be incorporated under the subject from concern Engineer-in-Charge.(iv) The unserviceable material obtained under the schedule of credit shall be handed over to the contractor by the Engineer-in-Charge on a proper gate pass.(v) In case of non-availability of any make mentioned under list of Makes, the L1 Bidder shall obtain non-availability / non-manufacturing certificate from the concern OEM / authorised dealers and submitted to Accepting Officer, in such case the L1 bidder may be incorporated makes as approved by HQ CE SWC Jaipur (Group X) in the works after prior approval of Accepting Officer.(vi) L1 Bidder shall produce E-way bill alongwith test certificate from OEM / manufacturer for costly items / major items of amount above Rs 50,000/- along with RAR’s and Final Bill.(vii) L1 Bidder shall be maintained an album containing Photos of all the material brought at site and each stage wise work progress and kept at site. Same shall be deposited in Engineer-in-Charge office after completion of work.(viii) The cost of all the above provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of bidder, nothing extra shall be paid to the bidder. |
