Routine inspection, checking and testing of following rated HT DG sets for their smooth functioning including attending all electrical and mechanical fault pertaining to the HT DG set upto AMF panel and attending breakdown nature maintanance at any time, situation so warrants within a hour from intimation, excluding cost of spare parts and material. In case of any malfunctionality of HT DG set(s) the contractor shall attend the set(s) and shall take immediate action for restoring the set to function properlyas per scope of work and terms & conditions of the Agreement. Note - 01 Job means work done as per item for each DG set in a month.

Performing B-check servicing of 2000 KVA DG sets including supplying and replacement of all lub. oil filters, all fuel oil filters, by pass filters, Air filters set of primary and secondary filters, seal \"O\" ringsand draining out of used degraded lub. oil from its sump after warming up the set, supplying and filling up of fresh lub. oil of required grade and capacity followed by topping up, cleaning the set and site, test run, servicing of AMF panel and batteries as per scope of work and terms & conditions of the Agreement. (i) Seperator, Fuel water -- 12 Nos.(ii) Resistor, Corrosion -- 08 Nos.(iii) Element, Air Cleaner -- 16 Nos.(iv) Valvoline premium blue 7800 plus 1/210 ltr. -- 08 Nos.(v) Filter, Lubricating Oil -- 16 Nos.(vi) Display-Control Sym, Eng Txt, CB BT -- 02 Nos.(vii) Inhibitor, Corrosion 10 ltr. -- 15 Nos.

Replacement of defective items of 750 KVA DG set with proper connection, installation, testing and commissioning as required.(i) Display Control Sym Eng. Txt. CB BT -- 04 Nos.(ii) Battery Lead Set 24V -- 04 Nos.
