Providing & fixing (on rental basis) standard P.A. System with operator, illumination of stage i/c Focus light, decoration of welcome gate i/c erection and illumination, providing back drop at stage (13.00 x 3.50m), ceiling fixed with decorative cloths (14.00 x 7.00m) having frills and side clothing with ply framed partition fixed with flex of size (8 x 4\") on one side total 6 pieces fixed with frames on either sides for 05 days (The stage shall be fully decorated, illuminated including Green Room,temperory stall,publicationbanner and providing fixing WPC 19mm evave board to the roofing of stadium and both side of roadwith illumination with tuning light etc.(All types roalty of forest product,transportation and disposal cost shall be of contractor own cost)and shall be handed over to be Tourism official one day prior to the celebration of ITF scheduled).
