Bids Are Invited For The Work Of Servicing & Overhauling Of 132 K.V. S.F.-6 Circuit Breakers Cgl Make (Semi Pneumatic & Spring Charged) Type And Its Compressor Installed At 220 K.V. Sub Station Hardoi Road Under Electricity Transmission Division - I, Lucknow; Servicing & Overhauling of 132 KV SF-6 Gas Circuit Breakers CGL Make semi-pneumatic type installed at 220 KV Substation Hardoi Road, Lucknow including all cost of men, material, misc. consumables T&P etc. required for satisfoctory completion of the Job as per detail mentioned below:- (1) Checking & clearing of Closing and Tripping Coil Assembly with its lubrication. (ii) Checking and de-rusting, retightening of Limit Switch Checking, retightening of connections including replacement if needed of Auxiliary Contactor, Power Contactors etc. (iv) Cleaning and lubrication of all linkage of mechanism assembly. (v) Tightening of all electrical connections on terminal blocks. (vi) Checking of Torsion Spring. (vi) Checking, cleaning and lubrication of Rachet and Driving Pawls greasing of all parts. Replacements of all O-rings of all mechanism and Gas pin assembly. (vii) Checking of S.F.-6 Gas leakage and Dew Point Measurement of S.F.-6 Gas (ix) Checking and tighting of Foundation Nut & bolts. (x) Checking of ON I OFF Indication Nut-Bolts. (x) Checking of Air Leakage in Drain Valve NRV, Compressor Pipe Line (0) Checking of Auto Operation of Air Compressors, checking of pressure switches and its replacement if needed (xii) Complete checking of Circuit Breaker operation including all inter locks, alarms & local/remote operation. (xiv) Measurement of Closing & Tripping Time of all the Poles with help of Timing Equipments. (xv) Measurement of Contact Resistance of all the boles using Contact Resistance Meter Following Works are to be done for Servicing & Overhauling of Compressors of INGERSOLL RAND & ELGI make at 220 K.V. Sub Station Hardoi Road, Lucknow with all cost of men, material and T&P: (01 Job for each Circuit Brekaer). (1) Opening of Compressor from LP & HP side and replacement if required (i) Replacement of Rings. (ii) Replacement of Valves of both sides if required (iv) Replacement of Crank Shaft if required. (v) Replacement of Oil Seal (vi) Replacement of all packings of both the sides. (vii) Replacement/Cleaning of Filter. (vii) Replacement of Compressor Oil & V-Belt.
