Bids Are Invited For Event Or Seminar Or Workshop Or Exhibition Or Expo Management Service - National; Theme Based Events; Complete Execution Of Activity; Buyer Premise; Full Day supply of food, pandal, furniture, electricity/lighting and other necessary arrangements through bid/tender on GeM portal under Chief Minister Mass Marriage Scheme -Provide the bride with five photographs along with an album after her marriage. (For marriage: Jaimala, Pheras, Sindoordaan, Kanyadan, with family and at the Selfie Point. For Nikah: with family, joint photo of the bride and groom at the time of signing, at the time of farewell, and at the Selfie Point. For this purpose, one photographer will be required for every 25 couples.) Note: Arrangements will be made.-Two rose garlands for marriage; Sehra-Bela/Jasmine flowers for Nikah.-Turban/Safa (for the groom)-Dakshina/remuneration for the priest and cleric for solemnizing the marriage.German hangers will be arranged for marriage ceremonies involving 100 or more couples. (If the number of couples is 100 or more, the District Magistrate will be required to attend the ceremony.) For ceremonies involving fewer than 100 couples, the marriage ceremony will be held in a wedding pavilion/marriage hall.Decoration (Grand and attractive decoration of the stage and pandal) Decoration)-Two to four large-screen LEDs at the venue.- A grand and attractive floral-decorated entrance to the venue, with banners related to the event.Arrangements for a loudspeaker/sound box/microphone.-A banner for the stage, displaying the name of the scheme, photographs of the Honorable Chief Minister of the State, the Honorable Departmental Minister/Minister in-charge of the district, and the names of distinguished guests.Arrangements for breakfast for the bride and groom and 10 people each from their side: (2 bananas, 2 samosas, 1 burfi, 50 grams of chips, a 500 ml bottle of water, and a 250 ml bottle of cold drink (sherbet/shikanji/tea/coffee - depending on the season) should be provided.2Arrangements for food for the bride and groom and 10 people each from their side: (Dal, rice, roti, Puri, Kachori, dry vegetables, mixed vegetables, paneer curry, salad, rasgulla/kheer/halwa, chowmein, etc.)35 kg of boondi laddus each for the bride and grooms side, provided in a woven bamboo basket with a handle, wrapped in a yellow transparent wrapper.1 etc
