Tender For Work No. 03 Installation of Colour/LED Lights in Nandgaon Town- 1 Supply & fixing of 6 Mtr. Pole: - Decorative casting aluminum pole having cast Aluminium base height 1340mm and Minimum bottom size 504mm is reducing to top 153mm. The entire base is casted in gravity casting weight not less than 40Kgs. The bottom section of the pole 3000mmx140mmx3.0mm thick and top ribbed section of the pole 3000x114mm dia with base plated 300x300x12mm welded at the bottom of the pole. Pole is having a service window at bottom comprising four way connector and MCB for loop-in & loop-out arrangement. Pole is primer coating and polyurethane painted in dual shape antique paint with final coat of PU clear. DFT not less than 90 micron. Suitable for mounting drop down fixture including foundation and Monkey Protection, completee in all respect. Design as approved by MVDA. PSR 2 Supply & fixing of Double Arm Bracket: - 1000mm long double arm bracket, 900mm over-hang (both Sides) bracket is provided for suspension of decorative lorence Drop Down Fixture. Bracket is made of Mild steel pipe with decorative embellishment With Monkey Protection. Design as approved by MVDA. PSR 3 Supply and fixing of Florence-DD Fixture: - Ornamental 90 to 120 Watt LED Drop Down luminaire made of aluminum hosing duly powder coated/PU Painted with PU Paint/ frosted diffuser for high illuminance/glare free lighting. MCPCB having high lumen having LED’s are mounted on aluminium heat sinks.Design as approved by MVDA With 05 years on site warranty. PSR 4 Supply & fixing of 7mtr GI Octagonal Pole of approved make (top dia 70mm, Bottom dia 130 mm and base plate 12mm thik) having 3mm thikness with single arm bracket (1 Mtr length) on RCC foundation including the cost of foundation, foundation bolts, excavation & back filling and Required T&P completee in all respect,as per direction and approval of E/I. 641 SOR 2018 5 Supply of Solar AIO, Indigenous Single piece High pressure Die cast Aluminium housing, IP65 & IK08, suitable for OD 50/60mm bracket, having Min 5000 lumens & 30 W suitable for 24hrs (2 Nights) Autonomy and its backup calculation sheet shall be approved by Engineer-In-Charge.
