not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E -165, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates), benching / copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Dismantling of old chain link fencing including flat iron, line wire, complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing any size and dia of mesh, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire & fixed to angle iron post, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Fixing only chain link fencing of any type fixed to RCC / steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc., complete all as specified and directed.Note: specified and directed. 20 M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 21 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cover slab for soakage well / manhole and similar works supported on walls including necessary formwork and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for MS TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mils steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed. 24 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in any position, complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed. 26 M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismantling / taking down items) worth Rs 74,250.00 during AOC.
