| 8 | Note :(i) Contractor must obtain the necessary permission & licence from State Govt Electrical lift inspector before erection of lift rates of lift includes the charges of same.(ii)The make shall be approved by Accepting Officer with considering criteria as specified in Particular Specifications.(iii) Necessary testing / IEM Commisioning to be carried out by the contractor on his own arangement and submit the the copy of report for record. (iv) The system (Lift) shall be guaranteed against maintenance and repair including spares for a period of two years from the certified date of completion of this contract and the cost shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted against the lifts.(v) If anything missed above but is technically required for efficient working of the lift is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. |
