Design, detailed engineering, drawing and document preparation, procurement of materials, fabrication,supply, transportation, handling, storage, testing & inspection, surface preparation & painting, insulation,documentation, insurance, construction & erection at site, mechanical completion, pre commissioning, commissioning of new horizontal belt filter and associated facilities in phosphoric acid plant complete inclusive of mandatory spares at FACT- CD on lump-sum turnkey basis on single point responsibility as per technical specifications, drawings, scope of work, special conditions and requirements of the tender.The scope includes all process, mechanical, civil, structural, piping, electrical and instrumentation of the facility.All taxes and duties applicable shall be included in the lumpsum price of contract (except GST)Note: quantity, unit & price of recommended spares/ 2 years operational spares shall be furnished separately in the respective formats attached.
