Tender For Job/Services Fixing Of Thick Gang Saw Cut, Mirror Polished And Providing Edge Moulding Etc; 1 Job services for Fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished,pre-moulded and pre-polished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanitycounters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size,approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cementmortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. completeat all levels.Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red 2 Area of Slab upto 0.50 sqm 3 Area of slab over 0.50 sqm 4 Granite stone slab of all colour and texture except black,Cherry/Ruby red 5 Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm 6 Area of slab over 0.50 sqm 7 Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanitiesetc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc.complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Granite work 9 Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cementmortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cementmortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigmentmatching the stone shadeGang saw cut stone 10 30 mm thick White sand stone 11 30 mm thick Red sand stone 12 Laying vitrified floor/wall tiles in different sizes (300 x 450 mm, 600 x 600 mm, 800 x 800 mm, 600 x 1200 mm and 1200 x 1800 mm), laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in the floor, jointingwith grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints withwhite cement and matching pigments etc., complete. and cement based high polymer modified quickset tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mmthickness on walls, including grouting of joints.
