Ceiling of the tent area to be covered with white and colorful cloth. the entire set up is to be dismantled after completion of the event as directed by the engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of hiring/procurement including all activities like transportation,loading, unloading,handling,carriage,lead loft etc. The area approximated to cover shall be 40 meters in length with german hanger tent of span 15 meters with proportional apex height and eve height of 4.5 Meters, each bay to be seperated by not more than 5 meters.(Hire Charges for one complete event). NOTE-for measurment purpose only the clear dimensions from post to post shall be taken, not the roof area.
