(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : 2 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 3 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 4 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 5 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete 6 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 7 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 8 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 9 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 10 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 11 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 12 Two or more coats on new work. 13 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 14 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. 15 Two coats. 16 Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. 17 With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre. 18 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 19 Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge. 20 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 21 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 22 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. 23 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. 24 In cement mortar 25 Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: 26 Channels, angles, tees and flats 27 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. 28 Dismantling top layer ofintegral cement based treatment for water proofing raking out joints and cleaning the surfacewith wirebrush for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 29 Providing and laying top layer ofintegral cement based treatment with 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. 30 Removing the plants in terrace including removing the roots penetrated in the wall, concrete etc all complete 31 P/L 6 mm thick chequerred plate on cable trench of required dimensions as per instructions of Engineer in charge. 32 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 33 Providing and applying Crack Seal Compound by opening the crack in V groove and filling the crack seal compound all complete as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge 34 Terrace cleaning by removing all debris, shrubs, saplings etc and cleaning the khurras and disposing the debris outside premise, etc complete.
