Cleaning and flushing of Chilled water system (CWS) using acid cleaning agent:1) Cleaning and flushing consisting of approx. 900 metr of chilled water pipe of size ranging from 25NB to 150NB in situ (without removing the pipes), 34 HE\"s, 30ATU\"s, 11 FCU\"s, 06 AC plant condenser are to be carried out with external arrangements (pump, hoses, electrical cables, looping system etc.) and shown to satisfactory trilas to ship staff/HSL.2) Blanking or removal of pipes for flsushing the system if any are to be covered in the contractor scope.3) Any hoses, consummables for the above job in contractor scope.4) Power supply to be provided and necessary power cables arrangement in contractor scope.5) Post completion of flushing, all water to be drained completly from the CWS.6)CWS mobile operated flushing equipment to be arranged by contractor.7) Initially flushing to be carried out with chemical agent as approved by ship staff and followed by 2 or 3 times flushing with DM water( DM water supply for flushingby contractor) andsatisfactory trials shown to ship staff/HSL8)Necessary flushing certificate also to be submitted.
