Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, water charges, elctricity charges, signorage charges, wastages etc..6. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursableon production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.7. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code.8. The contractor shall ensure that all the persons executing the electricalwork have valid electrical license. |
