| 1 | LAN System: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of local area network system comprising of passive components like low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) Cat-6 or improved data cable over cat 6, information outlets, enclsoures for data outlets where ever required, face plates on surface/concealed (all modular type) with all mounting accessories like counter sunk tinned brass woods screws, washers, nylon plug, patch panels, patch cords, cable managers, 19\" mounting racks, flexible PVC/G.I. pipe, PVC sleeves, fibre optic cable with accessories etc. complete with termination, labelling/identification on the cable, outlets, patch panels etc including certification towards performance warranty for minimum 20 years complete in all respect as required as per latest EIA/ITA standards, drawings, specifications and instructions of EIC.Note: 1. Sample of enclosures for data outlets (i.e. surface mount box) and face plate to be got approved from EIC. Face plate shall have provision of 2/4 I/O as required.2. Scope includes making cutout in modular tables, Floor cutting, providing necessary junction boxes etc and making good to any damages caused during execution to the original finish at no extra cost. 3. No end user certificate shall be issued. |

Note: 1. Sample of enclosures for telephone outlets (i.e. surface mount box) and face plate to be got approved from EIC. 2. Scope includes whereever required making cutout in modular tables etc and making good to any damages caused during execution to the original finish at no extra cost.3. As far as possible existing PVC conduits/PVC trunking shall be used. Wherever installation of new PVC trunking is requird, same shall be measured separately against relevant item. |
