Epoxy bonding adhesive of approved make having minimum coverage 2.20 sqm/kg or as per manufactures specification 5 Mesh fixing 6 Supplying and Fixing 16 gauge SS welded mesh having size 20x20 mm or nearest size firmly to columns, beams, lintels and slab bottom with concrete nails and plate washers at adequate spacing to cover the concrete surface prior to micro concreting at all levels as per the instruction of engineer in charge, including all cost of materials, scaffoldings, conveyance, labour etc. complete. 7 Centering and shuttering 8 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Walls, beams, lintels, columns etc including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.Including all scaffoldings. 9 Micro concreting having thickness below 5cm 10 Providing and applying micro concrete over the chipped and cleaned exposed areahaving sufficient thickness (average 50mm) to receive the same with fluid micro concrete product, such as Renderoc RG/MasterEmaco S 346/Cera microconcrete of M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem or Similar respectively, with potable water, mixing by heavy duty slow speed electrically operated stirrer after pouring the water in a mixing vessel, mixed material shall be poured through the feed hopper into well positioned form work for the required thickness and all works as per manufactures specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge, including curing, cost of materials, labour, all scaffoldings , conveyance etc, but excluding cost of form work, bonding agent, reinforcement and SS welded mesh. The work shall be carried by an agency having sufficient experience and should ensure a guarantee of 5years. Including all scaffoldingNote: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/ or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).12 mm average thickness. 14 Shade cutting 15 Cutting the deteriorated shade portions with cutter and demolishing the RCC portions into small pieces and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 500mtr, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.Including all scaffoldings 16 Thixotropic non shrink repair mortar 17 Providing and applying single component fibre reinforced thixotropic non shrink repair mortar such as BASF EMACO S48CT or FOSROC/BOSTIK product for columns, beams, slabs and other structural members with 4 ltrs of potable water per 25kg of product, mixing by heavyduty, slow speed drill with spiral mixing paddle or a Pan type mixers etc. after pouring the water in a mixing vessel, mixed material shall be applied both by trowel or spray application and finished to get a uniform thickness and finish and all works as per manufactures specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge, including curing, cost of materials, labour, all scaffoldings, conveyance etc. The work shall be carried by an agency having sufficient experience and should ensure a guarantee of 5years. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose. 18 Cleaning with water jet 19 Cleaning of concrete surface of sticking material including all dust, fungus and other foreign material etc by machine operated water jet followed by and including cleaning with metal wire brush etc after hacking the concrete surface completely including all scaffolding etc as per direction of Engineer in charge. 20 Cement grouting 21 Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) For masonry/concrete work 26 Fixing nipples 27 Providing and fixing nipples with approved fixing compound such as Renderoc Plug/Master seal 505/Cera Plug of make M/s Forsoc/BASF/Cera Chem respectively after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications incluyding subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement including all scaffoldings. 28 Chemical anchoring 29 Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make including scaffolding but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Upto and including 12mm dia. 30 TMT Steel fabrication 31 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all level including all scaffoldings.
