| 2 | M&L for preparing black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brush for removing cracked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen 80/100 (VG-10) grade at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 3 | M&L for laying premixed bituminous macadam (using binder not less than 4% by weight of total mix) rolled and compected to required gradient and camber (consodlidated thickness 75mm or less) using VG-40 paving bitumen, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: No extra payment will be made if binder is more than 4%. |
| 4 | M&L for Preparingblack top surfaces by bushing with wire brushes for removingcaked mud etc, sweeping with brooms & finning the cleaned surface with air compressorto remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a tack coat @ 5.0 Kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen of VG-10 and material and labour for providing 40mm thick (consilidatedthickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30paving bitumen, with mechanical paver, mixedin hot mix plant, rolled andcompacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller or vibrator roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :-(a) VG-30 Paving bitumen content beyond5.5% if required on account of design mix shall not be paid and shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. |
| 5 | M&L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1.0 sqm each including sweeping free from dust & mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting arounds edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sq m using paving bitumen putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed & sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size & again will rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder & chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 6 | Material and labour forpainting lines, dashes,arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with retro reflective Thermoplastic road marking Paint (white or golden yellow colour) by hot mixing method as per IS specifications, heating with gas, to achieve minimum uniform thickness 3.0 mm using painting materials @ 6.50 kg/sqm and glass beads @250 gm/sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 8 | Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in Ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 9 | M&L 75mm thick cement concrete D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 10 | M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade jointed with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 11 | M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills,steps,and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm height,copings,kneelers,apex stone,bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
