The product should be manufactured in wet-cast method, with use of RO water and dully steam cured for accelerated curing. Box culvert shall have joining arrangement, flange bolt connection, rubber gasket etc. for proper connection. It must consist special in-built Deha inserts at appropriate location for safer and faster installation and for supply transportation, installation of specific location at site in line, level, gradient and plumb with necessary testing commissioning.2. Each Box culverts should be interconnected with designed male female socket joint with rubber gasket in between for leak proof. Rubber gasket required to ensure water-tight character and for jointing of each segment flange-bolt connection with 12 mm diameter, 50 mm length Grade-8.8 high tensile bolts with zinc coating and round washer or equivalent nut-bolt connection will be supplied as part of the Box culvert. MTC of Rubber gasket is to be submitted. Product should have warranty of 10 years against surface leakage and seepage.3. Contractor shall submit, MOU with Precast/ Prefabricated manufacturer before commencement of work to GE.4. Note -1- including crain or hydra as and when required for laying Box Culverts. 2-Once the precast Culverts are on site (+,-)5% of Each lot will be subjected to rebound hammer test +compressive testing4- In House NABL Lab test Certificate from OEM with each batch from Authenticity to be submitted. MOU and 3rd Party lab test certificates will not be accepted. |

M&L Supplying and laying of Precast U-Shape Strom water Drainhaving in to in dimension 600mm x 600mm of top thickness 50mm and bottom thickness of 70mm of 2000mm long each from T6 load carrying capacity-4.8Ton axel load and 2.4 T wheel load confirming to BIS/JIS having high performance self-compacting concrete M-40 cylindrical strength / M-50 Grade cube strength and Fe500/Fe550D reinforcement. The product should be manufactured in wet-cast method and dully steam cured for accelerated curing.The product shall have tie shape joint 10-20mm with 25mm depth groove as per BIS/JIS on both side of each storm water drain for jointing two precast storm water drains using cement mortar or suitable non shrink grout. The precast utility duct must consists of special in-built inlet at appropriate location for fixing de-shackle for mechanical installation, including supply transportation, installation of specific location at site in line, level, gradient and plumb with necessary testing commissioning and precast drain filling joint with readymix cement mortar or grounting etc complete all as specified and directed. 2. Contractor shall submit, MOU with Precast/ Prefabricated manufacturer before commencement of work to GE.Note -1- including crain or hydra for as and when required laying drains2-Sample as displayed at HQ CWE Delhi cantt.Providing and fixing factory made pre caste High strength precast draine covers with hole, having concrete of strength not less than M-40, size 500 x 730 x 80 (mm), are varied as for site requirement , reinforeced with as per structural requirement TMT Grade Fe 500/550D,all as specified as per direction of eng in charge. |
